"Not really family-friendly"
Umm, I wouldn’t say this place is very family-friendly. It just didn’t feel like the best environment to bring kids, and I probably wouldn’t choose it again for a family outing

"I mean, I hate to say it..."
I mean, I hate to say it, but the room just didn’t feel very clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. I barely got any sleep, so yeah… not the best experience

"Last visit was disappointing"
I went recently the food just wasn’t good. My meal came out cold, didn’t have much flavor, and the portion felt smaller than I expected for the price. Maybe it was just an off day, but after this last experience, I left still hungry and disappointed

"Amazing safari, but the service could’ve been better"
A friend recommended lionsafari.com to me, so I was really excited to book our trip. Serengeti and Ngorongoro were absolutely beautiful and definitely the highlights of the whole experience. That said, the booking process was more stressful than I expected. Replies often came late, the itinerary changed at the last minute, and our driver didn’t always seem clear on the schedule. The hotels were okay, but not quite what I expected for the price. I’m still glad we went because the safari itself was incredible, but I do wish the company had been a bit more organized.

"Payment worked, but the confirmation was slow"
My payment went through without any issues, but the confirmation took longer than I expected. It was a little frustrating waiting around and not knowing right away if everything was fully confirmed

"Safari was just okay"
The safari was alright overall, but not really what I expected for the price. Our guide checked his phone maybe 5 or 6 times and seemed like he wanted to move things along whenever we had questions. He did know a decent amount, but he only gave short explanations, so it felt a bit awkward at times. For what we paid, I was hoping for something a little more professional.

"Good safari, but the organization could be more fair for the price"
The safari itself was nice. We saw lions and a few other animals, and our guide clearly knew his stuff, which I really appreciated. The vehicle was okay, but it felt a bit crowded, so getting good photos wasn’t always easy. Booking through lionsafari was simple enough, but our pickup time changed at the last minute, and the communication around that could have been better. I don’t mind small changes, but I do think companies have a responsibility to keep people informed, especially when customers are paying a decent amount. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it felt a little unorganized for the price.

"Helpful support when we needed it"
We booked through lionsafari and overall had a good experience . There was a small mix-up with our pickup time , but their support replied quickly on WhatsApp , which made things a lot easier . Our driver also checked in with them and they got it sorted without too much stress . It wasn’t perfect since we did have to wait a bit , but I appreciated that they were responsive and helpful when it mattered .

"Custom tour was good, but not quite what I hoped"
The custom tour worked out mostly great, and I did enjoy a lot of it. The planning was smooth, and we got to see most of the places we wanted. That said, I was a little disappointed because a few details didn’t really match what I expected, and some parts felt a bit rushed. "The vehicle was in good shape…"
The vehicle was in good shape overall. The seats were clean, the AC worked fine, and it felt safe for the safari, which was the main thing. There were a few scratches here and there and it was a bit dusty inside, but not a big deal. Overall, it was a good ride and did the job well

"Pretty straightforward booking experience"
I had a good experience booking through lionsafari.com. The pricing was laid out clearly, and I didn’t get the feeling they were trying to sneak in extra charges, which I always appreciate. A couple of details could’ve been explained a little better before checkout, so my advice would be to read everything over carefully before confirming. Overall though, it felt fair, easy to understand, and worth using. I’d give it 4 stars because it wasn’t perfect, but it was definitely a solid experience

"The safari itself was nice and…"
The safari itself was nice and I’m glad we went, but the itinerary from lionsafari.com felt like it was being changed behind the scenes or something. A few timings shifted last minute, and half the time we were sitting there wondering what the next move was, like nobody wanted to reveal the full plan. The driver was helpful and explained things when we asked, so that definitely made it better. Still, I feel like the schedule should be way clearer before the trip starts. Not a bad experience overall, but the communication needs work.

"Refund Took Way Too Long"
I canceled my order and the refund took ages to come through. The replies from customer service was slow too, and they didn’t really explain things clearly. It just felt a bit frustrating waiting around without clear answers

"Kind of Helpful, But Also Frustrating"

At first glance, the site looks real and I didn’t notice any major red flags. That said, I couldn’t find much clear information or many reviews about it, which makes me pause a bit. For me, that usually means it’s worth being cautious rather than assuming everything is fine. If you decide to buy from them, I’d use a protected payment method just in case.
