Umm, I wouldn’t say this place is very family-friendly. It just didn’t feel like the best environment to bring kids, and I probably wouldn’t choose it again for a family outing

Had a little issue with my booking and they got back to me quickly. It wasn’t totally perfect, but they did help get it sorted out in the end, so...

I mean, I hate to say it, but the room just didn’t feel very clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. I barely got any sleep, so yeah… not the best experience

I went recently the food just wasn’t good. My meal came out cold, didn’t have much flavor, and the portion felt smaller than I expected for the price. Maybe it was just an off day, but after this last experience, I left still hungry and disappointed

A friend recommended lionsafari.com to me, so I was really excited to book our trip. Serengeti and Ngorongoro were absolutely beautiful and definitely the highlights of the whole experience. That said, the booking process was more stressful than I expected. Replies often came late, the itinerary changed at the last minute, and our driver didn’t always seem clear on the schedule. The hotels were okay, but not quite what I expected for the price. I’m still glad we went because the safari itself was incredible, but I do wish the company had been a bit more organized.

The safari was alright overall, but not really what I expected for the price. Our guide checked his phone maybe 5 or 6 times and seemed like he wanted to move things along whenever we had questions. Our driver also checked in with them and they got it sorted without too much stress .
